The first boat fender shaped to protect the gunwales and rub rail on low freeboard boats. Offers superior protection compared to regular boat fenders against high docks. Regular boat fenders kick up out of the way leaving the boat free to pound against the dock. Fender can be tied over the cleat to position it higher on the boat; putting the protection where it is needed. Inflatable with standard "football" needle.
