A must! Enables compliance with Type IV regulations of throw type ring buoys. Universal size. Fits all ring and horseshoe buoys up to 30" diameter. Available for either 7/8" or 1" vertical or horizontal stanchions or screws to the side of deckhouse. Coated white aluminum with nylon safety strap secures ring buoy. Packaged in attractive box for rack/peg-board merchandising.
