Combination easy-to-clean grease catch pan and lower wind & flame guard. Attached grill and lid (lid acts as a windshield in gusty wind conditions). Swiveling Venturi Tube has thumb release lock allowing safe, easy fuel change while cooking. Safety lock regulator gives instant on/off and variable temperature settings.
