Provides full circle rotation for seating. Secondary twist control drag affords selected drag for rotation. Internal delrin bearing cup engages in 10* increments for positive lock when tightening. Dual quick lock handles - lever actuated, provides stable, wobble-free support; positive quick lock engages immediately. Fits all Garelick Pillar series, 2-7/8"" diameter stanchion pedestal seat bases. Meets ABYC-H31, Type A seating standards, as well as extensive Garelick performance standards.
