Warranties
Our Warranties are as follows:
The materials and workmanship are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. The product must be properly secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended.
If there is a defect, Boat Mania will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product FREE of CHARGE provided the customer prepays freight to and from our factory.
Boat Mania will reimburse freight on merchandise returned within 30 days that was shipped to you in error or defective upon arrival.
Sunbrella and PolyGuard Covers
The warranty period for Acrylic Sunbrella® and PolyGuard Boat Covers is: 5 years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover. Sunbrella® and PolyGuard Boat Covers are trailerable with proper installation and maintenance.
Double Duck
The warranty periods for Double Duck are: 3 years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover. Double Duck boat covers are trailerable with proper installation and maintenance.
Boat Duck and Poly-Flex
The warranty periods for Boat Duck or Poly-Flex Boat Covers are: 1 year dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover. *For storage or mooring applications only.
Sunbrella Bimini Tops
The warranty period for Bimini Tops made with Acrylic Sunbrella® fabric is: 5 years on the labor, fabric, and the frame assembly. This warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
Double Duck and White Vinyl Bimini Tops
The warranty period for Bimini Tops made with Double Duck or White Vinyl is: 3 years on the labor, fabric, and the frame assembly. This warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

Specialty Covers such as Hard top, T-top, V-hull with Tower, Deck Boat with Tower, and Tournament Ski Boat with Tower
The warranty periods for these covers are: 5 years dated from the original purchase date for 8 oz. Performance Poly-Guard and 3 years dated from the original purchase date for 11 oz. Poly-Cotton. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover. V-hull with Tower, Deck boat with Tower, and Tournament Ski Boat with Tower covers are trailerable with proper installation and maintenance. Hard top/T-top boat covers are designed for storage only.
